We want to make your shopping experience at Vintage Sissi as pleasant as possible. Therefore, we offer you the following secure payment options:

Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, EPS transfer and debit card.

Payment in advance is also possible upon request. Please contact us before placing your order so that we can provide you with our bank details (IBAN).

Shipping & Returns

Your order will be carefully packaged within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and shipped as a fully insured value package by Austrian Post. This ensures that your valuable jewelry is optimally protected throughout the entire transport.

As soon as your package has been handed over to Austrian Post, you will automatically receive an email with your personal tracking number. This allows you to easily track the shipping status of your order online at any time and always know where your shipment is.

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like an item, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. Please contact us briefly before returning it so that we can inform you about the further steps.

Important note on returns

Please note that jewelry made of gold, with diamonds, gemstones or other high-value items should only be returned to us as a fully insured value package with a corresponding value declaration.

Standard parcels often do not offer sufficient insurance coverage for such valuable items. In the event of loss or damage, a full refund can usually only be made if the return was sent as an insured value package with correct value declaration.

We therefore expressly recommend returning valuable jewelry exclusively in this way to ensure comprehensive insurance coverage during transport.
